1st reason - Went to the Gym today, saw my personal trainer! Lol! He is a Palarse fan, he pulled his hat over his face in shame! HA! I just laughed at him!
2nd reason - I am now a season ticket holder! North Stand, Block G, Row LL, Seat 105!

Please could you sign this petition if you want to see Lee Bowyer return to the Valley. It seems as if the latest club Aston Villa have dismissed talks to sign Bowyer from Newcastle. I think a return to the Valley for him would possibly replace the gap left by Scott Parker! C'mon Lee, we all love ya!

So Richard Murray, our lovely Chairman, promised us to sign a player a week! Well since Darren Bent, no one else has signed! The only thing going on at The Valley is
Mark Fish being released on a free transfer! Well, I hope something happens this week!

So Scott Parker today signed a 5 year deal with Newcastle United. I wonder how long until he wants to leave his contract and join someone like Man Utd??
LOL! Wanker!

Quote from Footieforum.net
Spanish press today have strongly linked Barcelona's Argentinian starlet Javier Saviola with a season long loan deal with Premier league club Charlton Athletic. Saviola is not seen by Manager Frank Rijkaard as part of the Spanish champions plans and is said to be keen on a move away from La Liga. It is unclear whether Saviola will be tempted by the 'Addicks' with bigger clubs such as Athletico Madrid also interested. However Charlton boss Alan Curbishley is said to be desperate to sign another striker as Charlton have been reportedly turned down by Blackburn striker Jon Stead who completed a move to Sunderland today. Hmm, I think it would be amazing, just like rumours of us signing Portillo a couple of seasons ago! He would be amazing and it would be amazing for him to play in SE7!
so the manager of
all:sports Bexleyheath has said that they are not sponsoring us anymore. Yes! Result! Lol bring on Arriva Buses! Wooohooo!
Jonothan Stead has rejected the chance to join the Addicks and inSTEAD (excuse the pun) has joined Sunderland.
Im pleased as if he can't prove himself at Blackburn, why would he at Charlton?! Plus he thinks Sunderland are a bigger club than us! What a dumb kid!
So various rumours circulating around the internet at this time, just like every year at close season, one jumps to our attention - Kezman from Chelsea. A forum on the internet seems to have a 'Reliable' source at the club, and it looks like we will sign him sometime during this week, after we have signed Sorondo from Internazionale.
I know we were pipped to the post by Chelsea last year, who signed him and seemed to cause a hindrance to his career, but signing Kezman could be the bloke we are looking for to take us to the dizzy heights of Europe!
Please let this be true, and with Sorondo and Ambrose in the pipeline, we may have a season to remember next year!
Well I should have posted, but we are now oficially 100 years old! Happy Birthday to us!

So Darren Ambrose's Agent has said that the England U-21 would like to join us Addicks! He seems like a pretty good player. Hes just frustrated at the lack of chances hes been getting up in Geordieland!

So Sorondo from Inter Milan, who was on load at Palarse last season, aswell as Kezman, who Chelsea pipped us to the post to sign him last summer, seem two new likely faces at The Valley next season! Sounds good!

So Richard Murray, Chairman, has said that we will not be able to afford Scott Parker and bring him back to The Valley. But if we were offered him on loan, "The Legend" (according to Murray) would be welcomed. Hmmm I wouldnt mind seeing him back, just because of the player, but the way he treated us when he left, well his attitude stinks and he would probably expect some stick from The Valley Faithful

PLC Chairman Richard Murray has been quoted saying Darren Bent is the first of 5 new faces coming to The Valley this Summer. Other Rumours include: Scott Parker, Habib Beye, Lee Bowyer, Leon McKenzie, Vladimir Smicer, Kelly Youga, Bernado Coralli.
Could be exciting times in South East London in the next few weeks!
Darren Bent has finally signed for Charlton Athletic at a deal worth £3 Million. Bent signed for The Addicks this evening 1st June. Hopefully this will solve our long term striking problem, and he could be the player to take us into Europe!

So In With The New and Out With The Old
The Latest I heard from Sky Sports News was that:
- We Have renewed our interest in Ipswich's Darren Bent
- We are interested in signing former Addick Scott Parker
- Another Club (rumoured to be us) has been allowed talks with Blackburn's Jon Stead
- Jason Euell is set to leave The Valley - :( I will never hear the Jason Euell Gold chant again!
